"Coming from a farming family of three boys I have always appreciated being active and staying in shape. However, being half American I have seen firsthand the consequences associated with being over-weight, knowing all too well that I have the same genetics to easily put on weight if I am not mindful about regular exercise and good nutrition. For this reason I'm motivated every day I work in this industry, where I can inspire myself and others to be fit and healthy."

"After living an active lifestyle all throughout high school, l found my health and fitness slipped away as the pressures of life started to build up. Over the past 5 years I’ve learned through experience in training myself we only have one body and what one puts in is what one gets out. I believe everyone regardless of age, physical condition, mental health, and emotional wellbeing deserves to feel and enjoy the freedom of exercise and a healthy lifestyle. Health and fitness does not begin or end at the gym.  During the day there are thousands of obstacles and excuses keeping us from getting to where we want to be. I am dedicated  to help develop exercise and life strategies that will get you to your fitness goals as quickly and easily as possible. My passion and drive comes from seeing results and helping others transform their body and mind, as well as adopting health and fitness as part of their life.
