"Coming from a farming family of three boys I have always appreciated being active and staying in shape. However, being half American I have seen firsthand the consequences associated with being over-weight, knowing all too well that I have the same genetics to easily put on weight if I am not mindful about regular exercise and good nutrition. For this reason I'm motivated every day I work in this industry, where I can inspire myself and others to be fit and healthy."

"Being a dancer I have been exercising my entire life. For this reason I know what it is like to experience that high level of fitness and how having that can impact positively on your life. I also had a huge shock at the age of 12, when my father had a heart attack. Luckily he survived but it really opened my eyes to how important staying fit and healthy is. As a result, I want to help as many people as I can to achieve a high quality of life."

"I got into the fitness industry to help people get motivated, not only to exercise but for life itself. I've grown up with my sister who has been affected by a severe form of mental illness. Research shows that exercise can improve depressive episodes and decrease psychosis and mania. I have seen firsthand that exercising can initiate and maintain motivation for life. My dream is to be able to help people to see the benefits of exercising not only physically but psychologically as well."
