Regardless what fuels you personally, the dynamics of group exercise promote an environment where everyone involved benefits. Whether it's Small Group Personal Training (2 to 5 people) or Large Group Training, the positive affects of exercising with others are abundant. The larger numbers also allow you to profit financially while still getting personal contact with your trainer. A different format exists for Large Group Training (6 to 10 people) so that workouts maintain the intensity and effectiveness required. Even with a greater number of people the style of these sessions dictates there is no opportunity to hold back or coast. An example of a tough, demanding Large Group Training is "Boot Camp". As the name suggests this 4-week program has military influence where there is no room for excuses or lack of commitment.
