Bootcamp

A 4-week program with military influence where there is no room for excuses or lack of commitment. At all times recruits are pushed and tested in order to maximise their gains in a short period of time.

Health Screens

The DR Fitness health screen goes beyond a standard fitness test, introducing results to do with your health as opposed to just your height, weight and waist measurement. These assessments are crucial!
